Tuesday Dec. 12, 2017, the game was a bright night for boys basketball. At their first home game, the freshman team beat the Lakers 61-19, JV won 68-48 and the Varsity continued the streak with a 58-56 victory. It was an overall great performance by all teams.

Varsity took the lead in the second quarter and got up by 20 in the third. Then Camdenton took the lead but didn’t hold it. Varsity went on to win by 2 thanks to junior Jacobi Villines’ free throws.

The JV team just had the numbers the whole game. The Blue Jays were up by 15 the entire game. Sophomore Drew Chromer was the leading scorer with 15.

In the freshman game, leading scorer Treyton Summers had a big night. He had 18 points and made shot after shot and didn’t take his time in the game for granted.
