Within the new school year comes new teachers and in this case a new secretary. Rachel Myers started working at Marshfield High School July 25, 2017.

“I have always wanted to work for the Marshfield school system,” Myers claims. “I have attended many school events over the years and loved the energy and excitement the students and staff put out and wanted to be a part of it.”

Prior to Marshfield High School, Myers worked at Southern Missouri Bank of Marshfield for 12 years. Myers was born in Springfield, Mo and has lived in Marshfield her whole life. When Myers is not at school, she is riding her bike, walking/jogging around town, and spending time with her husband and 9 year old daughter, Lillian. Myers’s favorite food is chocolate and claims she would love to go to Ireland one day.

“I am loving working at MHS,” Myer comments. “The kids, teachers and faculty have been amazing to me and I consider myself very lucky to work here.”
