Marshfield High School had their Christmas choir concert on Friday, Dec. 14. It started at 7 p.m. and didn’t end until 7:55 p.m. Honors choir went first and sang Pata-a-pan, Baby it’s Cold Outside, What Sweeter Music and Carol of the Bells. There are three different sections being soprano, alto, baritone, and bass. Soprano being the highest and bass the lowest.

The auditorium was almost full. There were a lot of parents and family members that came to watch the performance. Getting ready for this concert was a lot of work and singing. It took a while to get all prepared but it definitely paid off in the end. Freshman Haley Estal said, “Everybody did really well and I think the audience enjoyed it as well.”

It was their first choir concert and it sounded great. It was a good start to their choir year. Overall all the songs sounded wonderful and there weren’t any mess ups. Sophomore Amy Barlow stated that, “I think we all did really well and I’m super excited for the next concert.”
