Tis’ the season as Christmas is just around the corner and people here at Marshfield are getting festive for the holidays. On Saturday, Dec. 15, Marshfield will be holding the annual Christmas parade. Vehicles, floats, and fictional characters will march in the parade, it’s a sight that brings out the child in all of us.

The Marshfield High School will be having a Christmas Story week next week, which will hold a variety of different Christmas themes. Monday is Candy Cane Day, Tuesday is Ugly Sweater Day, Wednesday is Polar Express Day, Thursday Santa’s Little Helper, and Friday is Deck the Halls. “Christmas is a fun time of the year at my house because my mom has a lot of decorations this year,” said junior Abbi Delfante when asked why she liked Christmas. Show up to school next week and make sure to dress up for Spirit Week.
