March around Marshfield

The 2017 Homecoming parade started with the march of the band, followed by 18 floats and the homecoming court sitting atop 7 Corvettes.

The parade floats included the little league football team, boys soccer, cheerleaders and Jaywalkers, girls golf, high school football team, boys swimming, band, softball, Photographic Society, National Art Honor Society, Future Farmers of America, the special needs class, the Junior High School student council and the four class floats.

“I loved it,” said senior Kaitlyn Elliott, “Everyone really went all out on their floats this year.”

After the parade the crowd and Marshfield High School students went to the football field where they ate free food and attended the annual pep rally. This year’s parade is definitely one to remember.
