In 2020, after her release of “Chromatics,” pop star Lady Gaga took a hiatus in order to take some time to herself and rest. Gaga suffers from a chronic illness called fibromyalgia which causes fatigue and muscle pain, making it hard for her to dance and sing. After 4 years, Gaga made a comeback by releasing her solo album “Mayhem” in March.
In October of 2024, she first released her lead single “Disease,” followed by “Abracadabra” in February. Many fans were overwhelmingly surprised by her comeback, saying that it felt just like the old Lady Gaga and they were left feeling as though she had no dip in energy.
Alongside her comeback in music, it was also announced that Gaga would be performing in the 2025 Coachella in November. This would be her first performance since her 2024 Olympic performance and first tour since her last album’s tour in 2022. She has also announced a tour to go alongside her Mayhem album that kickstarts in July of 2025.
