With every fall season comes a new musical for Marshfield High School. This year’s musical is called “The Music Man.” The music man tells the story of a con man selling instruments and uniforms to midwestern townsfolk, promising to train the members of the new band. He plans to skip town, but ends up meeting a woman so he stays to win her heart and risks getting caught.
Junior Jordan “Jasper” Boone, who plays Mrs. Paroo, the female lead’s mother, said “I’m really glad to have this opportunity in the musical. So far it seems really fun and I’m excited to perform it in November.”
If you are interested for this year’s fall musical and are looking forward to seeing the many talents our student body has shine on stage, please come and enjoy the show on November 14, 15 and 16 at Carl and Glessie Young Theatre.
