Every year seniors get the opportunity to create a senior project throughout the school year and present it at the end of the second semester. One of this year’s participants for senior projects is Maycee Fishel. For her project, Fishel wanted it to be centered around foster parent appreciation. She decided to have a donation drive with the theme being, ¨Family Movie Night.¨  The drive included items such as popcorn, candy, blankets, stuffed animals, family movies, soda and more. The donation drive began on February 18 and will conclude on March 8. Fishel’s plan is too gather all the donations and divide them into separate baskets and have them delivered to local foster parents.

¨I am so excited! I feel so blessed to live in a town that comes together to help others out,¨ said Fishel.

This project is for a great cause and is a bright spot in this year’s Marshfield senior class. Make sure to donate to the drive before it ends on on March 8!
