Stop by the high school library and visit the Jay Cafe. The Cafe is open all week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 3:45pm.

“We have coffee, cappuccino and small snacks for sale. Coffee and cappuccino is only available for purchase before and after school,” said Breanne Rost, librarian. “We sell the snacks throughout the day.”

Right now the Cafe is selling popcorn, hot chocolate, cappuccinos and coffee for $1. Students are able to visit the cafe throughout the school day.

“The Jay Cafe is just a thing the librarians do. We do it as a fundraiser for the library. The money goes back in to purchase items in the library,” Rost said.

Make it a point throughout the school day to go get a snack, or if you need a boost in the morning or a hot chocolate before your tutoring, go to the library for a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate. The snacks are affordable and you make a contribution to your high school library!
