Spanish Club Movie Night

Ethan Ragsdel, Writer

On the night of Nov. 1, the Spanish Club held a movie night for its members. November 1 is the day dedicated to honoring and celebrating the lives of lost children and pets. For the movie night, the club decided to show the film “Coco.” Mrs. Marshall talks about her club members working before and after school to finish making their ofrendas, which is a shrine or an altar dedicated to lost loved ones. The students were invited to sign their loved ones names on an empty frame. Mrs. Marshall thanks everyone who participated in the celebration of Dia de Los Muertos. “May your loved ones never be forgotten.”
